Tell me if you have heard this before…….The Pacers draft was a BUST! The Pacers waited and selected Goga Bitadze. Who!?! Exactly…..a scorer and playmaker…….No! The Pacers have found another way to “pee the bed” in the draft in a let down of a night as a Pacers fan. The Pacers had a chance in the 2nd round at #32 to get a point guard and playmaker and decided to trade the pick to Miami for 3 future second round picks and then they traded the 50th pick to Utah for a future 2nd round pick.
Goga is a shot blocker and can score close but the last thing the Pacers needed was another center with Myles Turner and Domantas Sabonis already filling that role. Below are some of the tweets about Goga! There were several fans on Twitter and on the Crossroads Sports Facebook LIVE feed showing their displeasure for the Pacers draft pick.

Nate McMillan confirms the belief was that Goga would be gone in the lottery.
“When we saw him fall to us, that room back there was going crazy.” Adds that he’s ready to play now.

Goga Bitadze didn’t get any love from the media, but he’s going to the Pacers at No. 18.

Nate McMillan stood firm on his stance that Goga Bitadze will play next season and that he is not considered a project by the Pacers organization.
There was more praise for Goga’s ability to shoot, handle the ball, pass and to defend inside. pic.twitter.com/7ae4aZhRHQ

“Of any of the guys I’ve drafted, I think [Goga] is more polished and ready to play in an NBA game than a kid coming out of college.” – @PacersKev #GoldOnTheClock pic.twitter.com/n0InZ0k8eP
