As announced by Adrian Wojnarowski on Thursday evening, Pacers forward Thaddeus Young has exercised his player option and will return to the Pacers next season. Thad will make $13.7M next year. Thad was rumored to opt out and test the free agency market this summer.
It is interesting to note that the same day it was reported the Pacers were interested in PF Aaron Gordon, Thad Young decides to come back to the Pacers. Coincidence?
