The college football conference championship picture is set for this weekend and the perfect scenario is ready to play out.  Multiple championship games have implications on the College Football Playoff rankings.  The action gets started Friday night at Levi’s Stadium with the Pac 12 Championship between USC vs Stanford. Between the ACC, B1G Ten, SEC, and Big 12 championship games, the college football playoff bracket could have a drastic change to it come Sunday morning.  Below is the schedule for the weekend of the big games.  Below the schedule, I will have my predictions for each championship game this weekend and my College Football Playoff final four.

Reef’s Predictions :

Pac 12 Championship     –  USC Trojans   –  Trojans get back on track and get themselves a New Year’s Day Bowl game.

American Championship –  UCF Knights   –   UCF continues their undefeated season in Frost’s final game at UCF.

C-USA Championship      –  Florida Atlantic –  Lane Kiffin complete his first season with a conference title.

MAC Championship         –  Toledo Rockets  –  Logan Woodside throws for 4 TD’s as Rockets destroy the Zips 49-24

Big 12 Championship      – Oklahoma Sooners –  Baker Mayfield cements his Heisman Trophy leading the Sooners to the College Football Playoff #2 seed.

SEC Championship            – Auburn Tigers – Is there a hotter team in the country than Auburn right now? Auburn has beaten #1 Georgia, #1 Alabama in two of the past three weeks and now beats the Bulldogs in a rematch in Atlanta.  War Eagle takes #3 seed in the College Football Playoff bracket.

SWAC Championship          – Grambling State –  Just a gut pick here.

MWC Championship            –  Boise State  – Boise State took a loss last week at Fresno State and get them again this week in Boise and I believe the Broncos clinch the Mountain West title on the blue turf.

ACC Championship             –  Clemson Tigers –  Clemson can’t be stopped offensively and Miami is still recovering from a hangover loss at Pittsburgh.  Clemson wins 34-27 over Miami in Charlotte.  Clemson takes #1 seed and Miami’s great season fizzles out late. The U will be back……..just not this season!

B1G Championship               –  Wisconsin Badgers – This one was a tough one for me to pick. Wisconsin hasn’t played a tough schedule this year, while Ohio St has played a harder schedule, but could be missing their starting QB JT Barrett.  I think Wisconsin exercises their demons against the Buckeyes in their past title game and continue the undefeated season into the #3 seed in the playoff. I think this game ends 42-38 Wisconsin.  #OnWisconsin
